Refund policy for Production Engineering (iLoveInterview). One-time access plans — 14-Day Interview Sprint and Pro — with no auto-renewing subscriptions.

One-time purchases

Interview Sprint and Pro are one-time payments for the access window shown at checkout. When access ends, you choose whether to purchase again — we do not auto-charge your card.

Refund review

Email support@iloveinterview.com within 7 days if checkout failed, you were charged twice, or paid access did not unlock. Refund eligibility depends on usage and timing.

How to contact us

Include your account email, charge date and amount, plan purchased, and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay back to your original payment method.
